Eggs easy over with sour dough toasts.

And a coffee I have to thank @MJ5150 for, man this ethiopian is good! More specifically it's a Ethiopian Limu pour over.
Check out familiacoffee.com people, good stuff. [shameless plug...but we might be the only two here]

Having the exact same thing. I think I might be in love with that coffee.

@MJ5150 I also tried the Sulawesi Toraja on a few occasions this week. Very nice and bold, hell of a kickstart in the morning. Thanks again!

Sweeeetttttt!!!! That Limu is something else, I love it too.

Today, I'll be throwing down a pour over with some Papua New Guinea beans I roasted up Tuesday. Initially, they smell a little sweeter/brighter than I am used to for beans from that region, so I think I'm in for a nice surprise.
Food wise, two fried eggs on DKB with sliced avocado. I initially started for oatmeal, but it didn't sound all that good after all.
It's a typical day in the Puget Sound, rain, rain, and then some rain. Checking the forecast, it's rain as far as I can see.

No, but it plays a major role.
The quality of the bean, how it is ground, when it is ground, the quality of the water, the temp of the water all factor in too.
Good quality beans are easy to get in most larger cities, so next up is the grinder. Grind it wrong, and you can ruin the experience, so yeah grinder is a big deal.

Sliced avocado, fried eggs, DKB, and a tall glass of water x 2.
No coffee until just a few minutes ago when I made me a Nicaraguan pour over. Mmmmm, mmmm, good.

Damp and rain here in the 360. Off I go to hunt down some bourbon and have dinner at a legendary Mexican restaurant in Seattle that is closing next month.

Right on!! That's cool to know others like my coffee. Thanks for letting me know, and for sharing it.

I'm going to have a Sulawesi pour over this morning, then give a Costa Rican Gesha a first try after letting it rest four days. That was a long four days.
Breakfast will conisst of two French toast bagels with cream cheese, and a banana.
Big night tonight, our local indoor soccer team is playing the final game of the regular season. The winner makes the playoffs. Go Stars!!!

Two grapefruits, two slices of DKB with avocado, one 12 ounce pour over with the Papua New Guinea beans I roasted.
Rainy and damp out this way, not much going on.

@Ziltoid Those Peruvian beans sound intriguing. I need to hunt those down. I tried some Peruvian beans a few months ago, and they were better than I expected when I hit them a little darker on the roast.

Sumatra will wake you up!

I opted for toasted DKB with sliced avocado and eggs. I made a pour over with some Nicaraguan beans I roasted yesterday. Yeah, they need to sit another day or two before I try them again.

Busy day, too busy for working, so I took the day off.
