Good stuff that 49th parallel.
I went with a Sidamo Natural Guji I roasted last weekend. Not as fruity as what I've had in the past, but still hits the right notes to complement my DKB and PB toast.

You got around to try some of the 49th? What did you have?
The Kenyan.
I'm really dialed in with my Ethiopians, so I don't often have them from other roasters. Kenyans though, I am all about experimenting there. I'm all over the map when I roast those.
I tell you what though, 49th is getting good money for their coffee. It's good coffee, but dang they are getting over.

They wind up being about $18 CAD (roughly 14 USD) for 16oz when I order them through a local coffee shop. The espressos are readily available here but all their single origins I have to order.
Wow, I did it wrong. I had a friend pick up a bag at the shop when they were visiting Vancouver a few weeks ago.
I got like five bags of Maynards wine gums for that one 3/4 pound of coffee.

Yeah, this song is crappy. But it's only 1% crappier than all of the crappy music that everyone thinks is good these days.
