Oatmeal and PB toast.
Water so far as I decide on what coffee to drink. I roasted a Guatemalan and Ethiopian earlier this week and took a micro lot Brazlian for a test drive. It's a bit more acidic than I like, but I think I can calm it down as a pour over.
Clear blue skies for miles and cold temps. This is perfect weather for me.

I went out for breakfast today since I'm off work. I had a stack of pancakes and diner coffee.
Cold and dreary out this way.
I have some wood to split and stack, for an older couple we're friends with, then I'll probably take a nap, then roast coffee all afternoon.

Two Texas grapefruit with a tall glass of water and a piece of PB toast.
I don't find coffee goes all that well with grapefruit, so I'll hold off until later.
Sunny and cool, which I like. I'm headed to New Hampshire tonight, which will be interesting considering the storm brewing out there.

PB toast along with a Guatemalan pour over. I waited too long to drink the coffee, it lost some of it's edge. Still good though.

Our house goes up for sale at 3:00PM PST today, so should be an exciting weekend. Houses are selling around these parts in hours.
