Musicians/artists/entertainers are not "the machine." The machine is law enforcement weaponized against minorities and the poor; the machine is the military-industrial complex lobbying for wars of choice; the machine is the difference in what healthcare costs to provide and what they charge you...
Is the argument really that because Rage decries brutality against racial minorities and indigenous peoples that there is some kind of implied limit on what they can charge for tickets? But say a band that could give a crap about affronts to human dignity and attacks on human rights gets to charge whatever? It makes no g*****n sense! It's worse than a straw man argument--it's a non sequitur.
