rare, medium, well

Medium rare to medium.
I got put off rare permanently after one restaurant gave me a "rare" burger that was completey raw. It was cold and grey. Looked like it had been left out on the counter for a week. Didn't give up on that restaurant, though, untill the time I ordered the breaded shrimp. I picked one up, and it was a breaded cockroach!

Medium rare to rare.

Unless, I am in the states, then I want it well done.

Just kidding, I always order it medium rare to rare, even in the states. And one of my favorites is steak and eggs. They just go so well togeather.

No offense, but is there really a difference? I'm sorry, but *** is a shrimp, but a friggin' disgusting sea cockroach anyway? I think you start splitting hairs like that, and you might as well just order the steak...
