but its AMAZING how many restaurants have no idea how to properly char the outside, yet leave the inside beautifully medium for me.
its a travesty, especially when its $56 (for 2) down the drain.

Probably because my dad was born in a 3rd world country and they always cooked their meat extra well done and he carried that tradition to US.

Since the bacteria that causes digestive issues lives on the surface of meat, I don't ever eat raw ground meat is a restaurant. The only time I eat a burger medium or less is when I grind the meat myself at home.
