You're right, I didn't offer any solution, only critique. My bad.
The Gibson and Fender fonts endure because they are purpose made and stylized...sure the Fender is a script font, but that first capital F is original, and I believe the Gibson is total ground up design.

There are a lot of design houses (like Emigre) that offer letter sets, but I almost think your idea deserves a ground up build... but hey, you can grab the entire Jurassic Park movie font online for free

Perhaps a bit more stylized, where the "R" overlaps a slightly larger "T", like it's a brand-logo (think Stuart Spector's logo) with the "ex" following it, or maybe not at all, and the skull in fineline relief right next to that, and not on the ball of the headstock?
