I guess weird and bizarre are subjective to the person Not sure if you would classify this as either, as it's just done in a different style.

There is an industrial compilation of bands doing TV theme songs. it's called TV terror: felching a dead horse. the terminal 46 threes company has always stood out to me. The numb Mr Rogers neighborhood is creepy too. has people screaming in the background sounding like they are being tortured with demonic sounds and stuff. lol. Weird Piano and noise.
