Hey thx for the reply. Which Ibanez tho? Most SR Premiums I've seen are Bolt onProbably a Schecter or Spector really. They are lighter than MM/Sterling. Ibanez make some great necks for their basses too and they're light but most are bolt on unless you get a premium.
Super expensive tho lolRitter makes some nice basses that are neck through 24 frets with pretty skinny necks. Most of them are around 8 pounds. Definitely check them out!

Man the Strandberg is Bolt onIf it weren’t for your weight limit my first recommendation would be a Warwick Streamer Stage 1 or 2, but mine is 10.5 lbs.
If you’re not opposed to headless and your budget allows then for a light weight bass it’s tough to beat the Strandberg.
