I want to hear this played live in all of its Spinal Tap glory. Apparently he had a sister bass made with black hardware as well. Pic taken from the Sleep FB page.

Al has completed his transformation into Tom Araya.
Edit: now, go look up the video for "Dragonaut" to see him as a yute.
It's a bit from "My Cousin Vinnie" where Joe Pesci mispronounces "youth" with a heavy New York accent. What is a yute?

LOL!! My bad! I saw your location and thought there may have been a lost in translation moment.Yes, I'm familiar with the scene. That's why I asked the question.
Very cool. I'm trying to deduce what tunes he uses it on though because for all their existing material he hasn't switched basses mid-song (that I'm aware of). Then again maybe the reason he didn't is because he didn't have this until now... Hmmmm
Can you link or rehost them? I'm not on Facebook to dig them up myself.I've seen a few different clips on Facebook of him playing it recently. Hard for me to tell what song was being played in a 20-30 second clip.

If you look up the FB page 'Weedian' there are a few photos and clips from their 17 April show in Santa Fe.
