hahaha - yea, facebook is a low, but they also spend a TON of time focused on privacy and legality, have several teams dedicated to the research and implementation of those decisions, and so forth. But yea, I agree with you LoL

And no, I'm not sure it wasn't an ethical decision on the part of the board mods.... I'm just steering clear of ethics and focusing on the legality, and right to free speech (for which there are a ton of precedents, I'm sure, and I have no idea what they are... just tossing ideas around).

That’s a home brew TRC too, and a little sloppy. I think you can buy decent blank ones on Aliexpress. Add a water slide decal with your name of choice, and Bob’s your Uncle. I made one out of pearloid pickguard material from Pickguardian, but he won’t touch a Ric TRC, they are famously litigious. There are a few TB’ers who have made their own, I won’t mention any names lest the Great Lidless Eye that Never Sleeps is watching. (Cue for somebody to post that Eye of Sauron image)

At my gig yesterday I had a guy in the audience (guitarist) who complimented me on my Ric(enfaker)'s look and sound. I had to tell him it was a 'faker. He made a sour face after I told him--gear snob I learned after talking with him.

A lot of people "hear" with their eyes. That genuine Ric TRC sounds much better than a fake one, apparently. Meanwhike, there are 10,000,000 Fender knockoffs floating around, nobody cares.
