Too many people think modding Ric's is sacrilige, but if you wanna, its your bass, I'd love to try both a T-Birded one, and a Burton style modded one.
To me, the best sounding Rickys have been modified in some way shape or form.
Nah, hideous is a bass thats not getting played, don't matter if you superglue the pickups on, if it gets you to play the thing.

Yeah, I'm kind of a sentimental guy, so I can't really bring myself to sell it, but it's not getting much use because I just don't dig the sound with the stock pickups.
Hence the radical modifications. Another addition will be a badass bridge.
Cool man, I love crazy mods, fun and ususally sound good, I've done it to quite a few basses taht weren't getting any love, to help them along.
