Not confirmed, we're just putting two and two together here judging by the photo he posted two hours before the crash
Man, major bummer, long time fan of CKY and Jackass and Ryan was one of my favorites too, he was fearless. RIP Mr. Dunn, I'll be watching through all the CKY videos today, thanks for the entertainment.

Seems a logical assumption at this point I suppose. Be interesting to hear the court and coroner verdict and if he wasn't drunk and something like a tyre blowout happened then yes, that is very sad. Not looking that way at the moment though.

Also, if the passenger knew Dunn had been drinking it's his own fault for getting into the car, not Dunn's. Mistakes can be made and accidents happen. You can blame Dunn all you want, but he's dead so I don't think it makes a bit of difference.

A jackass. But thats not irony. If the show were called 'Smart Dudes' it'd be ironic. You'd expect a jackass to behave like one.
I think he meant that it's ironic that someone who made a career out of walking away from foolish antics and stupid behavior would die this way.
Via foolish antics and stupid behavior? Exactly the way I would predict it, not ironic in the least. Im surprised that none of them ever died while filming. Now if he had died crossing the street and was hit by a bus I might find that ironic. Or he had a stroke while filing his taxes or something. I just dont see irony in "Guy who does dumb things dies doing dumb thing".
He had at least 6 beverages in less than four hours (likely more). He had a very powerful car. He crashed into a tree and ended his life (and the life of someone else as well).

I know the jackass guys are famous for doing some incredibly dangerous things and living to tell the tale, but youd seriously have to sell your soul to walk away from this one.
