8-10 months from now... not too urgent for me, because I need to save up for the balance payment first

But he's really busy now, so I'll forgive him if it takes another month or two.

To be honest, there's isn't much to tell yet.
I designed a bass myself. Jens has made some adjustments to the drawings. That's where we are at now.

There will probably be a prototype first. Then we'll decide if we're gonna build it.
After that I will decide on the woods/top.
It's going to be a 34.5" 5-string with (probably) the same stringspacing as a Cora and the standard TripleBuckers/Electronics.

Alright, we have a pretty standard asymmetric Okon, 4 strings, fretted, completely Futura frosted black, with Jens' new 3-band preamp that he tells me I will love. I believe him.
Now, to make it stand out a bit from the crowd...:

Bridge: Ritter BB1 Tremolo system
Hardware: Neon green powder coated
Strings: DR Neon green
Special: Built in OPA Overdrive module

I can't wait to get this bass !!

I'm thinking about getting the tremolo system too.
I think yours will be the second with the OPA drive (the tramp stamp being the first).
Green neon and black frosted futura.... that's going to be special indeed.
When it's finished there should be a pic of your bass together with Thunderitter's blue/orange

I think that is required by the laws of physics, actually

It's no secret that the Blue Orange is what spun this idea in the first place, at least with regards to the color scheme.

I also think you're right about the OPA drive - I don't think it has been planned for any other bass since the Tramp Stamp, and Jens may not even get around to getting it in his regular option list until next year, according to what he told me.

as i might throw in, i had my 5-String Okon with Tremolo and built in Boss SYB-3 in 2000 .... (trendsetter )

I bet your hardware will look killer!
