Rituals before gigs and shows?

Just wondering if any TBers have little rituals they perform before gigs.
Myself, I always kiss my bass' headstock and then play the four open strings individually before I begin.

tune bass: then leave it where i know it wont get knocked over or fiddled with

pint and a ciggerette: calm any nerves down

take a whizz: urinating on the audience gets you banned and loses fans

warm up fingers: just a few exercises so my fingers are warmed up before i get onstage cuts down on finger pain

stretch legs: i run round and jump off things durin the set so i dont want to be pulling any muscles

high five guitarist: and then say "lets do this" in a rediculous gruff voice

- Eat - playing on an empty stomach sucks

-Smoke half a pack (give or take) in the couple hours before the show (which is terrible 'cause I sing too...) out of nervousness

-go run hot water over my hands about ten minutes before the beginning of the set

-Take a deep breath whenever I get onstage

Yeah! I'm not sure what kind of clubs these other guys are playing at that they can sacrifice a goat! We do pretty classy venues as a rule. They won't let you bring a goat in!
