Same here. I typically turn the fader slightly towards the neck pickup to get a bit more of that P bass "grind". I don't know the electronics details (or even if it's true) but I read somewhere that the center detent position on the pickup fader really is slightly lower output than off center. Maybe phase cancelation? I think Kiesel talks about using a proprietary circuit to "fix" that. Hazy memory though.
Yeah, I tried it with some neck pickup bias and it seemed to have a little more something. I may try that next time I play out and see how it works.

Good news speaking to Gard the other day. The bankruptcy was because ONE creditor refused to work with Keith. They're doing better than ever, and their biggest problem right now is (like everyone) finding enough people to work to fill orders.

And, in speaking with Mr. K.R., the new arrangement with that one creditor results in full payment to the creditor, with no loss in amount they are owed. Win win.

Well. Banks care about 1 thing, and it's not their customers.

I will be in the market for a 6 string soon. I may need to put some $$ down on a top.

Am hoping that @edbutler3 shares his amazing Roscoe news. . (Don't want to be a "thunder stealer" : )

I thought of sharing it yesterday but wasn't sure if linking to a Facebook or Instagram post would actually work here. Anyway, Keith posted some pics of my Koa Century 3006 Signature build, but confused me a bit by referring to it as an SKB. I compared to the raw Koa pics he'd sent me during the wood selection process and realized it was mine.

In case that hole cut into it is bugging you, this is the back...

Nice! I see yours has a one piece top as opposed to a book matched. I think the one piece top adds more to the tone. Maybe not a scientific fact! :) I just make that analogy with my one piece top Koa LG having a better tone than my book matched top Buckeye Burl LG, which sounds great.
