Yes, I'm gigging with a Quad Cortex, and it's working well for me.
I got my basic sounds locked in over a year ago and haven't done a lot of tweaking since then -- with the exception that if I get a new bass, I'll create a new copy of my preset and modify the gain and EQ to fit that particular bass.
Some strengths and weaknesses:
* I love the user interface for the 8 band parametric EQ.
* You can create 2 parallel signal paths and run a bass amp on one side and a guitar amp on the other to get that "clean lows, dirty highs" sound that some players use Darkglass pedals for -- but you also have the ability to make it more subtle and natural sounding. That's my setup.
* A weakness is IMO none of the compressors sound quite as good as a top tier analog unit like the Cali-76. That said, after a lot of tweaking, I've arrived at something that's "good enough".
* The company keeps working on the software and putting out improvements. I installed the latest one but haven't explored what it added, since I already have what I need. But I heard a rumor that their Parallax studio plugin is now compatible with the Quad Cortex. That's basically a simpler way to get that clean lows, dirty highs thing I built from scratch with two amp models.
Compared to my analog board that the QC replaced, I feel a little more confident heading to a gig knowing I'm not depending on a couple dozen patch cables not deciding to fail tonight...
I’ve been using the Quad Cortex ever since the beta program. It’s become my sound and I use it with every bass. I have the parallax x plugin too though I haven’t had a lot of time with it.
My typical chain is a capture I call the “Secret Sauce” (which I put up on the Neural Cloud to download) into a capture of the WRA Tube bass preamp into a touch of reverb (built in reverb) into a capture of the Darkglass Harmonic booster (on and off to taste) into a capture of the Khan Tube DI as my DI out. Huge and fat. Really tasty.
Download the Secret Sauce and add it to your chain for a little somethin somethin.

Great looking bass! I like the Hipshot B-style bridge and the buckeye veneer on the back of the head stock!
I played my Century 5 last night for a jazz/soul/funk gig and it was so fun to play again. I have been playing my Roscoe Classic P for most of my gigs lately and it’s also an amazing bass. So lucky to have 3 (Century 5 fretless as well) amazing Roscoe basses.

I pretty sure it exceeds the limit of my weight restrictions these days. My back hurts just thinking about loading and unloading that rig!

Oh, I like that one. Want to sell it to me? Certainly you don't like it. 
So, apparently with the mix of available options on Roscoe's these days (Custom necks on STD Plus basses) Roscoe has changed the former model names.
The term SKB-3005, LG-3005 and Century 3005 were previously only used on Custom and Signature models. I notice that they now refer to STD plus models as SKB-3005, LG-3005 or Century 3005. The build sheet on my 2019 Roscoe states LG Custom 5 in lieu of LG-3005 Custom. And while I rarely go to Face Book, I went on today and saw where Roscoe calls what would have been called a STD Plus SKB 5 a SKB-3005 (with no reference to STD Plus). I guess because they now make them available with a Custom neck and a flat top. But then they post pics (on Face Book) of a new Signature bass and call it a LG-3005 Signature.
IMO they have clouded up their models. It's difficult to put a $ value on their mixed breed basses. It's no wonder I see Roscoe's listed on Ebay and Reverb with what I consider incorrect model names.
