thanks Ryan. how about lowend response? which one is more defined?

I get good definition down low with both *now*......However, with the stock Barts, my J sounded noticeably weaker down low than the bass with CB's.

The bass with CB's has a huge, very, very well defined low end. Bigger and clearer than the J bass.

We've had quite a few TB'ers contact us stating that they aren't going to be able to make the BASS GTG (in Macon GA) on Oct. 11th. We're debating as to whether or not we should cancel and try to reschedule at a later date.
Before we do that though we thought that we'd try to get a list of everyone that plans on attending. You can either reply via this thread or send me a "Conversation".

Well the Middle Georgia Bass GTG originally scheduled for Oct. 1th (next Saturday) is now officially canceled. We made the decision based primarily on projected low attendance. We plan on rescheduling it sometime after the 1st of the year and we'll try to give everyone a bit more advance notice so we can hopefully avoid conflicts.

New (to me) bass day today! My new (Gard's old) Century Signature 6 arrived this afternoon.

I've had some amazing 6 string basses before (several Roscoes, FBass, Modulus, Warwick, etc), but the playability of this one is insane. The neck is absolutely to die for.........

Awesome Ryan! And yeah, that neck profile feels so very good!

Post some pic's when you get a chance. I'm sure a lot of the newer Roscoeheads probably haven't seen that one.

.... plus I'd just like to see the back of that neck again! Something about that wenge wedge neck makes my heart beat faster!

The bass just flat out kicks ass. Playability aside, the Nordstrand/Aguilar combination, and all that ash and wenge, give it a monster tone.

Does Roscoe only use Aguilar pickups now? Or are you still offering barts? I was looking at the price listing, but didn't see Barts on there. Could be I'm blind.
