Speaking of Roscoe's .......

Here's a sound clip of the Roscoe LG (with the Demeter pre installed) and the new SKB-3006. I posted it in the Roscoe Sound clip thread but I think that one's a bit incognito these days .....

Yeah that Gecko is a sweet sounding fretless. I had the fingerboard poly coated by Bob Groat out of CA. He did a great job! I actually put that one together 14 years ago. Anyone that knows me knows that's a record for owning a bass! lol

I really like your tag too: "Don't ever let anyone make you feel guilty for what you have, cuz there's always somebody better off than you." :D

I've got a buddy that needs to read that over and over everyday! Every time that he gets a nice bass he starts feeling guilty and sells it! Really good player too!

Just tell him to check out some of the collections on TB. He'll understand the quote.

I've long considered getting a Roscoe but it's a little trickier in Canada. American dealers won't ship to Canada since there's a dealer in Toronto - Club Bass. Their stock is limited and seems pricier than for example Bass Central.

You're up against another "once a year" and a "once every three years." And those were both booked before the date got set here. But there are only just so many days in the calendar. Hope y'all have an awesome time!
