@steelin4u, get your car ready for the trip!! Plenty of beer and home-made wine to go with that root beer bass!
You got it, man! Come on down!![]()
You guys are such a bad influence. We have family in Senoia...and I love ATL.

So, what’s the problem! Gary is on the north end and I’m on the south end near Senoia!

and that will be that. A pair of beautiful Roscoe's, fretted and fretless, will cover anything I will do.
My G&L JB2 will get some flats for something different.

Congrats!!! Now we can stop trying to convince you to get a Classic P. (OK, we probably won't do that)
Now, stop looking at gear, and play the damn things!

Oh no, that fretless won't cure that itch. A P-Bass is a totally different animal and every serious bass player needs one!
Congrats Steve!
Glad to hear that it's coming home.
...and the count down begins!!!
It was well worth the effort, right? Great Genzler gear and two special Roscoe basses for your bass playing journey!!
Leave space on the wall for the P bass.![]()
I think it worked out great. It seems someone upgraded that fretless for you with the new pickups. It's like getting a new/old bass. Perfect! That is the plan. I have gotten a lot better than back in the day. With age comes some maturity.
Yep. I have to just accept that I am a 5 string guy. Just more comfortable there. I have my G&L JB2 that I'll put some flats on to kind of have that tone available on a 4 string if I want.
Lots of people would agree with you. I may as well. But for now, I'll have to "settle" for these 5er's. I'll put flats on my G&L JB2 to help with that itch a little anyway.
No countdown needed. My wife insists that these two basses (designed and built just for me) will remain permanent. She always makes smarter choices than me so...
...and yes, well worth it. I have always had nice gear, but I think this is a real "keeper" set up. The Genzler combo for when I need an amp, the great little DI/IEM boards for those gigs, and a pair of awesome basses.
Are you kidding me?!?!? $2625.00!! With Honey Badger pups!! If this was a 5'er!!

Okay, Rocket Music!! Very nice sale! So, this is a really good deal for a new Roscoe Classic P!! It's a good thing I only play 5'ers!!!
Has its own thread here. Latest update is it's been recovered.Anyone following the Roscoeheads Facebook group?
Looks like someone had their custom SKB 6 string stolen.
