It just looks like a hook through the hole for the output jack. Anyone with a stained Roscoe want to take theirs apart and see if it left a mark? 
My first Roscoe was green, so I’ll always have a warm spot in my heart for that color.
My first Roscoe was red with a top like that. Got it used from Greg. It was beautiful…but an SKB. If it were a Century I’d probably still have it.
Definitely the Blue one for me as that is my favorite color.

Until I revisited the pic I had no idea what you were talking about!
I guess that the output jack hole on a Roscoe is the equivalent of a belly button for us!

The recent Roscoe factory production run of Waterfall Bubinga (WB) basses has certainly been spectacular. But what about this one? The rear perspective of this Signature is just as amazing as its WB front. The Wenge wedge neck construction and enhanced-grain Swamp Ash body equate to a grand slam, IMO. Stellar Roscoe bass!

Truly stunning. Keith’s photos are rivaling his bass making. I need to bring him my LG but I’m holding off because I don’t want to go down there and distract him again because he’s such a wonderful host lol. But I’m really wanting to go check out the progress they are making. Maybe I should wait two more weeks. ;^o
Yes the Headstock and the back of the bass and neck is as pretty as anything you will find anywhere. I love Wenge wood.
I know you said hue. But the LG could be poo brown and I'd pick it over the Century. So, the Blue plzkthnx.
I'm pretty close to selling another bass just in order to send my LG out for the spa treatment. At 16 years old there are a few things that need addressing. And I'd really like to see just how well this thing can play.
I think Keith Calls it Cobalt Blue? I may be wrong but that's what mine was ordered as. Keith's Blues are breathtaking. Paired with a figured maple board it looks like the ocean/ beach. Mine is a 34 scale LG Custom 3006.

That is gorgeous. How does the LG 6 balance? Do you notice any neck dive?
Minimal. The 34 on the LG 6 makes it way more comfortable especially if a 6 is not something you primarily play. I do not notice hardly any dive compared to my 35 scale Roscoe SKB.
