I'm not looking to spread rumors. I love Roscoe basses. Just looking to see if anyone has heard anything about this? My friend sent me this article.

Well the article says they filed Ch.11 so that’s reorganization not liquidation, meaning they are still in business but working with their creditors. Their website is still operating too and looks like business as usual.I'm not looking to spread rumors. I love Roscoe basses. Just looking to see if anyone has heard anything about this? Good point, I changed my thread title.Well the article says they filed Ch.11 so that’s reorganization not liquidation, meaning they are still in business but working with their creditors. Their website is still operating too and looks like business as usual.
They are a quality company and they stand by their product.
Having several Roscoe builds, I'll vouch for them and corroborate your statement. Their basses are great sounding and playing, and my customer service experience with them has been stellar. I have owned several LGs, SKBs, and Centuries, all which are Roscoe original designs, and they have been of the best basses I have had privilege of owning. My experience includes 5- and 6-string fretted and fretless basses, with headless and traditional headstocks.I hope they can weather the process. They are a quality company and they stand by their product.
It's my understanding that some wiring issues were related to ongoing Covid-related staffing shortages. They were looking for a wiring tech a while ago, and more recently.I’m a huge fan of Keith and his basses but I have heard stories recently of people receiving instruments with electronics issues.
