WOW! That song is awesome! I heard it twice and just bookmarked that Rolling Stone page... I can't believe I have to wait two friggin months for the album to come out
WHOA!!!!!!! So awesome!! Love Geddy's sound, and the best guitar tone I have heard from Alex. But the song is UNREAL! Cant wait to pick this up.
I first saw Rush when I was 12 in 1981 and have been a lifelong fan. I hated some of the late 80s-early 90's synth-y crap, but Headlong Flight is killer. 7:20 of great bass tone, raunchy guitar, Ged's voice is great and he hits some real high notes, etc. really like the song!
Anyone else amazed at how good Peart still is? He hasn't lost a thing; if anything, he's even sharper and more precise than ever. That track has inhuman timing and syncopation.
He's definitely on top of his game. He's such a professional, though, I've never seen three rock stars less lazy than these guys.
Yeah, his drumming is amazing. Definitely the best drummer I've ever heard.
Also, I wonder if that low pitched, distorted voice in that song was him.
This sounds like truly classic Rush. Powerful, intense, complex, and of course with all the twists, turns, and surpises (including the very By-Tor like solo) that made Rush the best prog rock power trio ever.
You don't even realize it's a solo until you've come off of the "New-Rush High". But trust me, there's a solo (that whole middle section where it's just the stripped-down power trio of Ged, Alex, and Neil playing, no overdubs, etc.), and Alex kicks the crap out of it. 
How cool is the new song? Too cool. Too cool! June won't be here soon enough...

Man that is some kind of nasty bass tone Ged's got going on in that song! I love it. The one thing I hate is how much harder it makes it to wait for the album release!!
