Those candles are pretty easy to find in Texas. Mostly in cheap grocery stores or taqueria/meat markets. I'd imagine any major city with a Latin district they could be found.

This weather front moving in and still being swollen from the surgery has been migraine city for me and resulting in some insomnia so I have been youtubing the night away. So last night I dorked out to Obscured by the Sun on youtube and not sure what to call them like slow Math Rock/Metal. I kind of got away from metal music years ago because of shred guitar and opera, screaming, and cookie monster type vocals just turn me off. My point is I am probably missing out on good music because I don't know subgenre names good enough to help search for bands. Is a band like Obscured by the Sun considered math metal or math doom or even the math genre at all. I really liked how they used ambience with interesting but slow riffs and never shredded like say Scale the Summit without shred. Anyone know of what genre I should be seaching for similar bands or know of similar bands like Obscured by the Sun?

Haha. When we lived in Maryland and that huge storm hit a few years ago and we lost power, my wife told me to go to the store and get some candles. I came back with these. She was not amused.

Never heard of them before this. Does seem really fake. And just not good. Not sure how they pick bands for the show but they seem very "garage?" for letterman. When is Bongripper gonna be on letterman?
