double post for sick album

Are we doing it wrong?![]()
So , after all this loooong post, what strings are u guys using , since the rest of the TB uses nothing but flats (jk) and i still search for something decent. Keep in mind local stores have like only 30 different sets for bass strings since the place is overcrowded with guitarists , and mostly fender, d'addario and Ernie ball , but if i find something worth trying , i can order through the internet.
Everyone hides Sundays. Look into circle k strings?
NAD/NCD
Peavey Mark IV + 2 1x15 BW cabs. Needed something for home and this was cheap. Haven't owned a Peavey since HS, feels good,![]()
Off to the hospital to get my sinus surgery, Woohoo LOL.
Cold as balls outside. -5 base temperature and the wind's not doing any favors. It's a Failure, Fantastic Planet kinda morning. Such a long album but so many great tracks. I did the instrumental "Segue" tracks, too.
Good luck!
*shrug* $50 for a set of strings I can't return or get a follow up on when they are not right, is too much for me. They are still producing strings? They are still answering Emails? Pleanty of time to follow up inbetween then and now.
I'm super late to the party on that band and album. Just discovered it last year. Great stuff!
Currently listening to Neil Young and Crazy Horse - Psychedelic Pill.
Long albums do feel right today. Maybe Reverend Bizarre next?
