Sadowsky Cabs

I also have the 410 and am enjoying it.
Not as much bottom end boom as my 410XLT, but very punchy and TIGHT!!
Easier to haul and shallower, so takes less stage space.
Dial in some bass and low mids and watch out!!
I believe there is some increase in natural bottom end as I gig more with the SA410
really cuts well and mixes very nicely in the band

There is no Berg 410 and the 322 is 10lbs heavier and bigger in depth
The powered cabs in 310 are over $2000

Because Berg doesn't make a 4x10 (other than this Sadowsky cab), Einstein. What cab in the Berg lineup does it look like?

The cabs are also designed differently. The Sadowsky has more mid punch but less bottom. What was that old line about judging a book by it's cover... ?

+1 I had the pleasure of playing out of the 410 at Tom's... very punchy and tight, and the 16" depth is great. It's not a lightweight, but the thin design makes it easy to carry around. VERY different sounding from the Berg's (not better or worse, just different)... especially in the treble side, with the Sadowsky having more 'air' and crisp treble ala the newer Epifani cabs. Very nice!

Really? Mine says Sadowsky on it. I bought it through a Sadowsky dealer. I talked extensively with Jim Bergantino before I bought the cab about it, and he refers to it as a Sadowsky SA410. Did he design and make it? Yep! It's a pretty common thing in the business.

Does that mean Valenti basses are not Valenti's, but USAGs?
Does that mean Lakland Skylines are Corts?
Does that mean G and L Tributes are Corts?
Does that mean the Eden all tube head is not an Eden, but a Koch?

Good description, Ken! :)

One thing to note is that Jim Bergantino designed the SA410 and SA210 to work with the all-tube SA200. Tube amps often mean greater cone excursion, and these cabs are built to handle such excursion. This means, though, that when you use them with a quality SS amp (which gernally has greater "control" over cone excursion), you may have to dial in some additional low end (which they take quite nicely and stay good-n-tight).

Good Lord Help Me With This Fool.

1.) Roger doesn't slap his name on anything including a Berg box. I can GUARANTEE that it is tuned and manufactured to Roger's exacting specs.

2.) Berg doesn't make a 410

3.) Until you stop being a troll and put up or shut up about "your gear" you really have no place to talk about anything.

I have never seen such a troll in my life.:mad:
