Sadowsky got me again!!!!!!!

Am I the only person who doesn't drool over Sadowsky's? I hear everyone talking about how awesome they are, but in my opinion, I'd just much rather get a Fender. What is so good about them?
Play one and you'll understand.

I got to try Major Metal's Greenburst and she melted in my hands, honestly, just felt like butter. I didn't feel worthy, was afraid to scratch it and handed it back. He's WAY too attached to that thing and twice my size. Didn't want to risk it.

Yea, I've been meaning to. Except I can't seem to find any in Australia. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong shops.

I'm just going off what I've seen on the site. For how much they cost, I don't see anything that warrants that amount of money. But then again, I've never played one.

I'll never understand these types of posts. How do you know if what it's worth if you've never played one? You want a Fender? Fine, buy one. Great basses.

I'm just saying, in MY opinion $4000 (or whatever they cost, I'm honestly not sure) is a lot to spend on that type of bass.

Keep in mind I HAVEN'T played one, so in all fairness, I know very little about them. But from what I can see $4000 can buy you a much better bass.

That's your opinion mate, and you're well entitled to it, but this is a thread in which Rob decided to share his love for his new Sadowsky bass (like he mentioned before), so let's stick to the topic, otherwise everything will just turn sour. You will learn these things with your time spent here.

Gronk, This is your opinion about a bass or brand that you have never played and this is the wrong thread for this. You should open a new thread about Sadowsky basses and how they are not worth the money they cost. I can even suggest the title "Sadowsky overpriced" :D

By the way, congrats Rob. :bassist:

HI

Here ya go, guys. Just took them. Gotta get some sleep

Rob
