We bass players are a fortunate lot. We have people like Roger, Mike Lull, Vinnie Fodera, Ken Smith, Dave Funk, Keith Roscoe (Gard), Nino Valenti, Jim Bergantino, Jorge Schroeder, Chris Stambaugh, etc, who take the time to really offer us a true form of customer service. Isn't it nice that when we pick up the phone, or write them an email, or post on this damned site with our questions, these folks answer promptly. We can count on them to serve our needs with the utmost professionalism. They really seem to care! Try that with a credit card company. Or an automobile manufacturer. Or Microsoft (and yes, I have worked for Microsoft. Twice.). I'll tell you what - it makes me feel good about purchasing their products. I know that it is money well spent.
