    Hello All,
    I stumbled across this
    www.ikebe-gakki-pb.com/new_product/?p=29324 article is titled "
New series "Metroline Express" of Sadowsky is finally announced!"

Does anyone have more info on these? Doesn't seem to be any info on Sadowsky website.
The translated version says they are a cheaper metro series, colour me interested!
But the specs seem the same as current metros, so what am i missing??

  2. For $1568.96 I'd much rather try this than a brand new Fender. I'm not a hater, I have 10 Fender basses already.

I have bought from that website and shipping was worth it! You can by a brand new metroline shipped cheaper than the dealers here

Hi Everyone......I am very excited about our new MetroExpress line.
We are still working out everything regarding costs of the MetroExpress for our dealers outside of Japan.
I hope to have all the details to share with you in the next two weeks.

Wow, Roger himself! I'm very interested to see what comes of this, the only reason I don't already own a metro is a hesitancy to drop that much cash!

I'm curious to know the main differences between those models and the "standard" Metro line.

    This is so cool.

Anything Roger Sadowsky is top-shelf. Playability, tone, craftsmanship, looks.

Maybe these are akin to the satin-series USA Sadowsky's?

Satin Series Metroline, if you will?

Is it possible to have some informations yet on those new basses? How close is it to a "standard" Metro, what about the different finishes...
