...what is the stability of the neck on a 2 string bass, is there Titanium rod in the neck, is there graphite for support, I mean that neck in the video is so narrow & long is there any stability to the neck especially when you string it up and there is added tension?
Maybe. Depends on the string tension of the two strings. If E & A are higher tension than D & G and you cut the D & G out and take half the neck strength away, you aren't in exactly the same balance. Still. It's probably quite close.

In prepackaged sets the opposite is true: the low half is looser than the other; also, I'm no engineer so I'm not sure that the calculation is so simple, but, as noted, the truss rod is still there, and it's not...half a truss rod, so I also venture to guess the neck shouldn't flop about on these.
