But, those rosewood fretboard just look dark enough !!! I like it !!!

How much of that is in the tuners?
Those asian tuning machine weight around 80-86g each . If swap out those with Hipsot Ultra lite machine head @ 49g each , may reduce around 180g+/- only on Bongo V. Pretty small amount of weight different. but it may slightly reduce some neck dive.

I believe both Bongo 4/5 weight more cause from the body.

It doesn't seem like much of a reduction and that design is unlikely to have neck dive... but somehow reducing a little weight at the headstock feels more noticeable than I'd have expected.

I have a Ray35 with a strong gravitational field ;)
The tuner gears were chewing themselves (it's a 2022 purple sparkle with the infamous tuners made of an alloy of cheese and peanut butter) so I put a set of Hipshot Ultralites. I wasn't going so much for the weight reduction but for the feel of those tuners. The bass still can hold a little moon in orbit, but it 'feels' more comfortable now 🤷
