In the case of my V8 it's shown as UK/29/100 which translates to UK-built/number 29/ Jan '00.Phyrexian said:

Nice catch... I spoke with Shane a few weeks ago re: my V6, he mentioned he'd just unearthed a V8 from their warehouse. I barely resisted the urge to fork over my credit card number (and wife, and new baby, and everything else of value that I can claim) on the spot. I'm sure it'll be a killer, killer amp...

Mine's #32, made in February 2000. Gigged with it last weekend; it was a rockcontest and we won! The V8 sounded monsterous. I love it. We'll be opening up next month for the American band Girls Against Boys.

More about those serial numbers...? Just wondered because my V4 is a late model, same front end as a V8 and the same asthetically just half the power stage. Cant remember the number off my head but know it ends 401 indicating April 01. I know its a NOS because im the from new owner as it was in a Trace box, sealed in a trace bag sealed with Trace tape. It came from gavin at GM Audio in Sept 03... I think it might be T0106 - 401 but really cant remember...

It is our believe that this tells us that it was unit #74, made in February of 2001. It has the square badge and Made in Britain on the back.
