Wow, and I thought my strap for $75 (although I paid half price) was a lot of money.
Mine's glove-soft and comes in a dozen colors or more, too.

I have no problem paying for quality stuff. Not saying that less expensive is lesser quality.

I'm a real Stu Sutcliffe...I play with my back to the crowd so how my strap looks is very important.

I won't pay good money for something plain. Sure, some people will, but I guess they're not the one posting all those pics of beautiful basses.

I actually have one quality designer strap and three or four cheap ones.

I think the marketing spin they're putting on it is a bit much. The whole "Designed by bass players for bass players" thing is overplayed, at best.

That said, it looks like a nice strap.

I feel like my straps from Italia look better (lots of color options), are handmade leather and are less expensive. I'd suggest those personally.

That does look like a very nice hand-made strap. The only part I'm not a fan of is Scott's logo on the front. How much was the total with shipping?

I have the Velvet Black strap made by RightOn! that I purchased from the TB store. I like it so much, I'm thinking of getting the smooth black one.

I buy the same cheap (£7.99) black strap from eBay for almost all of my basses and guitars.

Agreed, each of my basses has its own 4" Italia strap that lives in its case with it. Really comfy and great quality.
