Alienware has the worst customer service ever. Be prepared to deal with them, too.

No one has worse customer service than Overstock.com. Maybe I'll start another thread about them later.

Someone is padding their reviews.

All of the Posts at like 8-10 are written the same way...

I really don't know how ZNET came up with an 8.8 on their review, with all of the user reviews coming in much less.

Oh... and what do people love? the case... that's about it...

3 grand for a case... I'll pass...

Rebates suck. Why the hell would I want to loan $500, $10,000, or $3 to a corporation with no interest? To top it off, no one has the time or resources to make sure they get the money, so cases like these happen all the time. I probably screw up nearly half of my rebate

That's why I'm so infuriated. It's bad enough that I had to wait six months for a $500 rebate that they've been earning interest off of. But now they've decided to keep the whole thing! They're keeping $500 of my money just because they claim I've sent in the wrong form. Sorry, no second chance, you're screwed, pal.

They certainly can't expect me or anyone else in my situation to buy another computer from them. Clearly, they care more about short-term profit than long-term customer satisfaction.
