These aren't stock curves--things move around!
I’m drawn more to the greens and blues than the reds, burgundies and oranges. Having said that, I don’t have any basses in any of those colors!

No worries, mambo! Different people like different stuff! And that is a very good thing!I have an opinion, and only by posting it on the internet will it become a real boy.
Seems like there is a lot of love for sea foam green instruments.
What's the appeal? Did Famous Guy have such an instrument?
Do players secretly wish for mint ice cream?
Are they to match the bride's maids' dresses ?
Was it the color of tomorrow from some retro era ?
I don't get it.
Off topic, but I have an old 73 bug...
Yours definitely looks like Seafoam Green. Surf Green is a bit lighter. More subdued (and pastel-like) if you will. In this pic, the Fender color is called Seafoam Pearl. It's slightly lighter than regular Seafoam Green, but not as light as Surf Green. I personally prefer Surf Green, but Seafoam can look pretty cool as well.i'm not sure i do either, mambo, but can't we just have a little fun?!!
i have one (i think it's sea foam, or maybe it's surf green, IDK). it plays great, so i'm gonna keep it despite the color:

Did you take that picture in a mirror? Everything is backwardsI just picked up a Fender Vintage II 66. So I'll take a number too. Everyone who has seen it loves the color.

It's just nowhere near my personal preference, and always struck me as an unusual choice. What don’t you get, exactly?
No struggle here, just curiosity.Seems like an odd struggle in life…
Just like food. Some people like things other people don’t.
It’s a color. Some people love it, some people don’t. Guess you’re one that don’t. What’s there to get or not get?
Seems like an odd struggle in life…
I have many of them. And also other colors. Get over it. I just don't understand this I guess.
I'd bet that the "get over it" guys openly and loudly detest tortoise shell pickguards...Playing bass is fun.
Sea foam green is a fun color.
Think less, play more, have fun.
