Do you cover one of the best bands of all time, Ten Years After?

interesting. that dude is in the zone.
Nice bass.Hey, did you quit going to the other forum?
Hey Partner. Thanks Paul, it plays nice. Yeah I did. I just wasn't getting anything out of it, and I just felt like I was't fitting in. Just me I guess.
I understand about that. I'll PM you later, so that we don't go off topic here.Hey Partner. Thanks Paul, it plays nice. Yeah I did. I just wasn't getting anything out of it, and I just felt like I was't fitting in. Just me I guess.
Yeah, I agree. I am just now discovering Free and Andy Fraser. It seems like every video leaves him out quite a bit compared to the other members. Too bad, the guy had an extremely cool demeanor.Leo Lyons is a mad fiend, if he aint playing fast he is moving swiftly regardless. I wish bass players got more visual time back then.
That Strat of his was on fleabay a few years ago, and it wasn't *that* expensive everything considered...
While I was a bit underage to see TYA in their prime, I got to see the late Mr. Lee several times in the early 80s and it always was an energetic performance.
My personal favourite, and this is coming from a guy who used to wake up to "Sssh" for about a year in his teenage days...
For me, the Epi EB-3 has two things I was still seeking, a 34" bass with an SG body design. And , it sounds so killer through my Ampeg amp setup.

Simon Kirke once said in an interview that he felt that Andy had the most talent out of them all, "pound per pound" as he put it, and I would agree, although Kossoff has remained my # 1 guitar player to this day...
The bass cuts through the mix nicely, good job on the cover. Your singer has shades of Alvin Lee in his vocal sound, do you guy's cover Ten Years After?.
