Nobody use Fender Amp onstage?

Don't envy me, bro...gear means nothing ;) It's fun, but gear doesn't do anything except make it more fun for the player. If all Ampegs went away tomorrow, I would simply get something else and continue on my merry way, and if I couldn't get a workable sound out of any of these POS rigs I sometimes get supplied, I would quit playing immediately.

I think his is true of/for all of us. TB is a big cause of gear envy though, and GAS.

Hartke LH1000, 2-2 x 10 LDS cabs. This combo delivers lotsa volume. Most gigs, I can suffice with just one cab. When unmiked, I like the tandem cabs.

Currently driving either my MIA 4 or 5 string Fender Precision basses. This rig delivers that old school tone without any coloration. I added a Korg Pitch Black tuner 'cause the LH has no stand-by switch.

Sweet rig, dude - if I had happened on a Megoliath before buying my PH810, I would've bought it - that, and the Goliath Sr are killer cabs... and nothing needs to be said about the 2001rb - it's THAT good!!!

Tech21 RBI preamp/Crown Drivecore 1000
Econowave 115 cab
Dr Bass 1260 copy

I'm getting an Avatar TB153 cab this week so it will be my gigging cabinet from now on . I sold the 115econowave cab I built and will keep the 112 three way cab for smaller gigs and jams .

Thanks man! That Megoliath cab is the bomb. It's so well designed that I've never run across a situation that left me wishing for something different. Soon I hope to get another one and a power amp so I can run a dual 8x10 setup and split the signals to each. If that seems like overkill... it is! But there's room in the trailer and sadly people in the crowd see stuff like that and think "this band's important or something". Sad but true.
