Shoes for onstage?

Had a pair of those years ago and loved them. Unfortunatly my feet spread in old age and they no longer fit and so they got trashed.
I've been looking at Army Surplus stores for another pair for 10-15 years but havn't had any luck. I very rarely see them. Any that I've spotted have been either way overpriced, worn out, or the wrong size.

Ive played barefoot alot. Never in a bar due possible glass, and I stopped when I started using pedals because the footswitches can hurt when you stomp em, or they went between my toes, but now ive been playing more often bass>amp>cab and ive been considering it again.

Either my chucks or a pair of Globe skate shoes. Globes are awesome because the tongue is basically attached to the rest of the show all the way around and have very thick padding, it's like wearing pillows.
