Now that this thread is about a year and a half old, I bet the rodent is either dead or given away and the SWR rig has been flipped.

I did laugh a lot the first time i read it, but actually you got a bad deal there, they take a lot of looking after and although that shouldn't be your job, you can't wash them in water because they have fine hair fibers that trap water then there skin gets moldy, so you have to wash them in volcanic ash, which ATM sounds like nothing special but volcanic ash which your chinchilla will happily get it every for you will damage all your electrical equipment it gets in contact with, including the lovely new amp. just thought i would put it out there.

I recently purchased a nice SWR rig and told my wife that if she wanted something, I would buy it for her. This was just to keep her from complaining about my costly purchase for self.
Now here is what she wants. A freaking Chinchilla!
