I'm in a similar situation with my girl too & she wants a Great Dane, so I don't want to hear about your two pound rodent problem. A Great Dane takes a dump bigger than that.
are you kidding?
you're getting off EASY!

Housing an aquatic mammal, that's not exactly... you know, (any Lebowski fans?)
I have a chinchilla. message me if you want info. its a great pet. mine acts more like a dog than hamster. these things are in a league of their own.I recently purchased a nice SWR rig and told my wife that if she wanted something, I would buy it for her. This was just to keep her from complaining about my costly purchase for self.
Now here is what she wants. A freaking Chinchilla! OMG
Anyone else have stories like that? Suggestions?
That thing is already growing on me. She is very funny. Loves to run and jump all over the place. Suddenly, she stopped scooting around last night and noticed the tv. Sat there and watched it for about 1/2 hour. Very funny. So we figured that since it was nocturnal, we rolled the cage in front of the tv in the living room. I woke up last night and peeked into the living room and there she sat, watching cartoon network. I about laughed my a@# off.
As far as the bass playing bothering it, I was told by the kids that the thing was running around alot when I was playing. Maybe it was just doing the chinchilla dance or maybe it was trying to get the hell away from it. I was in another room.
