Macs are lame. Just straight up, even if you do somehow put windows on it, that only makes it marginally better.
Macs are no good. Thats the truth.

If you've never had a problem with XP you're not working ;-p
Office, python, Putty, photoshop, dreamweaver, Dydacomps MOM point of sale system, generally all open at once, I work my ass off on a PC.
Look, it's cool if you like Mac better, they are really nice machines, but don't be a weird zealot about it, stick to reality.
Question to all the Mac users. Is spyware/adware an issue for any of you?
Not even that. I just don't go on websites that are obviously porn/scams/spyware. Bam, suddenly it's all stable, no viruses, no spyware.
A virus can't get to your system if you don't download any garbage. Go to safe websites and you'll be fine.
That's the kind of thing I'm talking about. Most people (in my experience, anyways) don't understand how things like this get onto your computer. Thus, they can't take care of it, and thus, they blame Windows for their problems. It's all about taking care of your computer.
I use my work XP machine for software development and I can leave it on for months without having to reboot. I can even remote desktop in from home and have my work desktop at home. Then when I go back in, I re-log in and I'm back to where I was.If you've never had a problem with XP you're not working ;-p
I agree. As long as you keep your system up to date and you're careful about where you go and what you run (e.g. stuff people send you via email, etc.) you'll be fine. Not even that. I reject your response on the grounds that calm, cool, level-headed reasoning has no place in a Mac vs. PC debate!
