Show me your callouses !!!

Outch ... how did you do that ??? I played for the past 12 years and many of those years I played up to 5 hours a day without counting jam with friends and other musical obligations. I also play DB and it didn't change my fingers.

And still, the tip of my finger are harder than normal finger tip skin but no where close to calluses like that or that you can find on Google. If you look at my finger without touching them, you can't tell.

Mine would never be seen on camera. I play guitar and bass, regularly, although more on bass (3+ gigs, 4-5 rehearsals, and most any night at home, per month). Been that way for the past 23 years on bass. But, I've played guitar since 1963 and bass since 1965. I have a light touch. I can play longer at one time than anyone else I know and still have my fingers in good shape. It's all about technique.
