Show me your compact pedalboard setup

That picture demonstrates why top jacks should be the standard!

Indeed. The tuner and bass wah have side-jacks, but were manageable. The Pork & Pickle is a little awkward because of the length, but they are tiny and still save space. Anyway, it works out well being able to get 6 pedals on there - more like 7 since the GMP is my OD and distortion in one box...

That LS-2 was a discovery for me: with the Russian big muff, it goes so well. Otherwise, I use the two effects from TC bh250 head (comp, chorus or octaver, with the DigiTech footswitch).90% is only comp (or not) and basically board bypassed. I am trying to bring a bit of zoom's effects in the parallel loop, mainly EQ for the dry or extra OD. Might work to remove that power bank and change my cheap supply...

This is cool. I’m thinking about building a small board with a B1 Four on the end for comp / amp / cab (also a tuner, looper and headphone amp) with a couple of drives in front. It looks like it’s slightly too tall for a Nano. Maybe a Metro... I use a powerbank with mine too. It really doesn’t like being daisy chained.

yeah the TC cheap range that I have are a chunk bigger than there standard pedals, but the dead space the standard pedals create make the cheaper one more compact. Almost at a ratio of 3/2.

I don't think the little micro pedals though don't have the space on the top for power, in and out. and you need a certain amount of width between pedals for your toe to click the button. Top mounting probably makes standard pedals more compact than the micro pedals.

Yep, a standard size enclosure with top mounts takes up a nearly identical amount of horizontal space as a mini with side mounts by the time you get cables and power plugged into them both.

A tight row of top mounts just looks sooooo much better and cleaner than a bunch of minis.

My board with minis (on page 205) is stacked in pretty tight and the distance between buttons is around 60mm and I wouldn't want it any tighter. And my Aguilar pedals above are 65-70mm, but sooo much easier. Mini pedals are obviously no where near as deep.

Definitely one of the best looking mini boards I’ve seen!

I bet that Fairfield Modele B and the Becos make for a sweet little combo!
