Show me your compact pedalboard setup

...I don't believe that there are any parameters regarding "compact" ish or ness involved...

I'm moving a couple things around but still on two (2) Nano boards (Drive/EFX) + now I'm attaching small format stuff (Tuner/A-B/Switches) to the side of the Nano. I still feel it's compact, including under the board, but is more modular, now.

Pic after the weekend...

Really condensed things tonight. Korg mini-Pitchblack, Phat Phuk B, modified Benson Clone, MXR Octave.

Time to rewire this lil guy (once again). I realized that I kept chasing crazy envelope filters, but honestly, the little Mooer Envelope does a good enough job. If I killed the volume pedal, this *could* fit on a Metro 18, but I really don't want to buy a whole new board and power supply to move back down to a board that officially qualifies as compact. And, I did a test run (before I cut some cables to length), and I like the space, and not having the mini pedals close together. Bonus shot of the amp I've been playing for the past four or five months. Upgrading from a little practice amp to a PF500/PF115HE changed my sound in a way that made me want to practice infinitely more than I was.

Chain: Mastotron -> Tuner -> Vintage Bass Octave -> Mooer Envelope -> JHS Whitey Tightey -> B3K -> Grey Stache -> Bass Clone.

Dropped a few things, switched out muffs and envelopes about a hundred times, but I'm really digging this setup.

Like the simplicity here! What do you think of the Benson clone? That's a pedal I've always wanted to try, but never had a need for.

I like the Benson a lot, but you there's a bit of a learning curve even though it's so simple. You have to decide if you want it to be more of a boost, an overdrive, or hard clipping type pedal. I like to use it for a touch of boost/overdrive to get a fuller sound. I think that if you drive it too much it gets kind of mid-clippy, so I avoid that and keep it just on the edge of breakup. It stacks nicely with the Phat Phuk B. I did a mod which gives you more room in the rotation of the drive knob before it goes into heavy clipping.

Finally played out for the first time in a while, and realized my nano board was still overkill. So, I'm entering one last stage of downsizing. Ordered a Nano+ and moving to a single row. So, I'll be joining y'all in more than spirit next week. I'm still debating whether or not to get a new, better power supply. Honestly, I'm fine with a 1Spot with the following chain: Tuner -> MXR Studio Compressor -> MXR Vintage Bass Octave -> MXR Bass Envelope Filter -> B3K -> Bass Clone. I can't imagine there's anything that should be too noisy in there.
