Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Trying out this simple setup. Just got the enabler and hyper liminal out of storage. Need to get a case that makes sense. + dual lock.

^ How you liking the FlyRig?

I quite like it. Compresor is basic but does the job, SansAmp part is very good, chorus in nice too.

The effect part is Ok at best, usable if I really need something compact and just put the flyrig in my Bass case, but the Broughties are way better. I still use it (just the filter, not the octave nor fuzz) to have sometimes a darker sound.

All I’ve kept is my BDDI. It is slated for use at summer outdoor parties and when I play with the acoustic trio on occasion.

I’m good with this setup. Sounds good and everyone likes it. That said, temptation is always there and I’m sure some latest greatest will come along and curiosity will get this cat. I am tempted to pick up a Darkglass Vintage Ultra as I really liked that preamp and it would be something I could pull out from time to time for a change of pace and to keep it fresh.

I posted this on some other "compact board" thread, but I think it belongs here as well. Self made board from 3-ply guitar pickguard sheet (to fit in the box), with added velcro (hot glue in addition to the velcro adhesive to keep them in place). I've actually ditched the board after this pic was taken, I had to fit the pedals into a gig bag or a hard case and there was no room..

This particular setup works when I can play either with my own or a rental/backline Ampeg, still searching for a compact pedal to use with modern amps to get some of that tube mush back.

So, I have determined I can get another pedal (well, technically two) on my board.

I had a C4 Synth with a DMC Micro in the past. Cool pedal, but I can’t decide if I’m just GAS-ing or not. I’m sure it would have some sort of use. I figure I have two power ports left on the Noble and some sort of real estate on the board left over, why not?

Anything else anyone could think of?

C4 is very powerful and will give you a lot of sounds you don't currently have access to so I think that's a great idea. But you have room for something more than a DMC Micro. Maybe consider a DMC-3XL or DMC4?

I will soon change things up a bit but have been very happy with this board for a while.

How you liking the Descent? I have it bookmarked for a smaller board (still in planning).

Latest Update to the Mono Lite+. Just picked up the used Julia and POG from the local guitar shop.

This thing makes so much f*cking sense.

Just grabbed a C4 and in love with it already after I bit the bullet and admitted that I need to be in learning mode for programmable pedals.

It’s a pretty fantastic reverb pedal with three presets available on tap. I got mine set up with the following;

Preset 1: simple short hall reverb for all round general use.

Preset 2: Long drawn out, dense, brooding reverb for dark atmospheric feel.

Preset 3: Shimmer with beautiful trails (octave up & down engaged)

There is also a reverse delay mode available too but I couldn’t find much use for my current project.

If you are looking for a crystal clear ‘ray-of-sunshine’ type reverb this may not be for you. If you’re looking for a film noir, moody soundscape generator for ambient jams this may very much be the best thing!

Yeah - it's bookmarked for my mini-board... just never got the shot to see it in the wild and inquire. Seems that my intution is right. Thanks!

OK, this my new (medium) compact pedal board.. I realise it's not really compact..but hey..
IT'S aimed at getting as close to a SVT , & Marshall Major (or whatever people call 200w Marshall Bass heads nowadays). I gotta say, it's pretty darn close to Both!! Weighs a 1/10 th , cost a 1/10th.. the Agro is for heavy drive on svt clean, ch1 , use Ch3 of Revolt as heavy drive on Marshall cleanish channel 2 .. dcx bass helps all , definitely adds to the valve vibe..as dose SS Compressor.2 hpfs , sealed boxes all aimed at imitating Valve Behemoths...
