Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Nice board. Signal chain?
hello mr diego, signal chain is broughton apex compressor-3leaf octabvre-DG anagram-3leaf chromatron-Broughton studio boost mini- Sansamp. series for now while still deep diving the anagram then will experiment more as time goes by. i work 2jobs sometimes so playtime is tight at most days plus the addition of ither gears coming in take alot of time twindling knobs lol. i like the anagram as it is but somehow not contented w/ the HL compressor. hopefulky that gets fixed in the future updates. im also analog heart so incorporating the anagram to a board w/ my essential pedals makes it easier for me to dial in or access what i need with a simple tap. pedalbiatds always changes in the futire tho depemding what the gig/ genre or even what the mood dictates so its always an ongoing process… which we all enjoy . cheers!

Sharing my current rig. Just got the Anagram today which I intend to use as flyrig. It’s as big as my Nintendo Switch I love it!

Small compact board is still my meat and potatoes so it stays. I interchange between the Capo and the Bassrig Black Panel. I’m liking the saturated tone I get from the Bassrig.

Do you use the DI out from the Bassrig? I am always thinking about getting that one (the Fender one) but I have read so many bad things about the DI because of the cab sim... I also have a Capo and I love it

My feeling is that it will depend on what kind of DI line you like to send to the desk; if you prefer to send a transparent/full range signal, the cab sim will probably leave you disappointed. If you generally prefer a sculpted "oven-ready" tone to get sent to FOH, then there are probably ways to tweak the sound of the cab sim in the BassRig; there are lots of knobs to twist that will impact what the DI signal sounds like. IIRC, you can even load some third party IR's in, so you aren't forced to choose between B-15 and 810.

The BassRigs come with a pre eq'ed analog cab sims. The Ampeg one with a 8x10 and the Fender one with 2x15 I think. You cannot switch the sim off from the XLR out.

Because nothing I wanted to try at the gig arrived.

But to be honest I’m pretty happy with this, would probably fit on a nano if I crammed it together more.

But if I do this gig again I’d probably take the Noise Theory over the Kasleder, just for this 1 particular song (and the size of the pedal).

Board for tomorrow. Nano+.

I’ve tried tons of preamps and other pedals. This just works. This is the active bass board. Have a longer board to hold my VTDI that I use wit’s passive basses. And for ampless gigs I bring out the Punchline.

Chain: Bass > Strobo Mini > Mooer Pitchbox > Cali76 BC > DCX Bass > BDDI > v
> BDDI parallel > amp
> BDDI out > Finally > FOH

Nano board. If this works as well as I hope, I may be able to get rid of a lot of pedals. I was envisioning that this would be my board for playing out when I go direct but sounds pretty good through my amp and cab at home too. I guess the Zio is not strictly necessary when playing through my little
rig but the HPF/ Focus is very handy in that case.

Still have my bigger multi- level- of dirt board with chorus and comp but that one stays home.

Made a couple of changes recently - this is the current setup - it's first proper run out tonight. I may need to squeeze a skinny parametric EQ in there too at some point - I'll know for sure by tomorrow.

These 3 pedals should really compliment each other. I just received a Bass Jive in a trade today. Looking forward to getting my head around it!
