Last night live board. The Accountant was a bit redundant with the BB turned on all the time. The Onward is so cool by itself but it disappeared in the mix.

Curious why the DCX feeding the CAPO. Are these somewhat redundant? How are you pairing them?
My idea behind it:
The DCX (in EQ mode) and the EF-P5 are meant to generate the dense, punchy, clean "P-Bass with flats" basic tone that can be sent to FOH through the D.I. out of the Echofix.
The CAPO (Channel A) is meant to add a bit of saturation to this clean signal. Unless the clean tone is needed for certain songs, this will be my standard tone. Channel B comes in when I need even more overdrive/distortion.
What do you think?

Catalinbread Proto X/F just landed. The latest in a series of limited runs at a nice price for feedback before deciding whether to put it into regular production.

Second mini board. The Edison has a bugle boy ef 86 from the early 60s, and sounds fabulous into the Mesa. Simple and straightforward.
I like the idea of chorused highs with phased lows, I might have a go at that but with top-jacks.
Adjustable x-over is a slick idea, too. I wonder how it sounds compared to the Ripply Fall (which is a different thing, but still I wonder).
I found a guitar demo, know of any bass demos or are you going to make a demo of it, yourself?
No one wants to hear me demo a pedal.
That guitar demo video definitely helped sell me on it.
THIS pedalboard should get 95% of bass players satisfied IMO.

Im going to need a smaller board. This sounds crazy good into an UltraLinear feeding a Berg 15. It needs some cleaning up, but you get the picture. UltraLinear all settings close to noon. Active fretless 4 flatwound. I had a drive, three actually, don’t need one. Both of these gizmos are pretty cool. The Mayday seems to approximate a suitable breakup right where I want it. The little Becos, tho- it cleans up and gives a nice sustain with the Gain of the amp turned below the volume juuuust a little.
