Well, that is actually likely to be doing absurdly little for making the space sound better. You get a bit of diffusion and some high frequency damping, but nothing is happening to the low frequencies. And you’ve made a toxic fire hazard. I’m sure you have great intentions, but that’s seriously unsafe and isn’t doing as much as even just hanging some heavy tapestries/ moving blankets would do.
well, the room was like that for 15+ years, my guitar Player has had the room for like forever. It's not boomy, so I won't Change stuff now 
I pretty much got rid of everything, went to an even smaller setup.
I feel like adding a B3K to this group - overkill or any other suggestions?

Here is the latest incarnation of my pedal board. Working on some custom presets with the H9 to basically cover everything but the dirt.
Pedaltrain Mini (modded by NinZan a few years ago) with T-Rex Power Supply and X2 Wireless mounted underneath.

Well I was going to post my pedalboard but it was burned to a crisp when my practice room lined with foam/styrodur from shipping boxes became a towering inferno.
Post #1836 should heed this as a warning. Seems cool until it’s burning hot
Sorry for your loss. It could happen even with the circumstances being different but I feel for anyone who has lost any equipment due to whatever the case may be...my condolences with all sincerity
it's not my room and I only Keep my cab there, all other gear is not mine... so 100 bucks gone would be something I can deal with
One more update lost the Xotic SL drive in favor of the Hao Sole Pressure ... the SL had too much bass loss for me and more OD than I needed the Sole Pressure retains the lows and has a softer more controlled drive.
So simple and straight forward, just different flavours of dirt, but yet so awesome.
Really liking my Nano setup for going direct to PA. Pretty much all I need at the moment. Diamond's always on. The best part, though, is the fact that the whole thing is independently powered/wireless. The Mission 529 (5 outlets) is powered by a simple rechargeable battery pack. No need for extension cords or poorly grounded outlets.
Recent updates made me want to post again. The board's a Metro 20 and I still love it. The volume pedal is mainly for use at home... it doesn't come to gigs with me.
The board is the Gator aluminum "small" the DOD is the rubberneck analog delay . Pretty sweet , kinda dark but great with bass !
