Show me your living room rig

No living room space for me. An ugly industrial basement room. No fancy lighting, expensive carpeting or basses hanging on the wall. Just my three favorite amps and all my basses within reach (behind the camera). Nary a knob on noon. The heat pump air handler enhances the vibe. And all you folks who hate amplifier fan noise would LOVE this practice room. View attachment 7135603

Is that room treatment in the cove moulding corners?
What brand of speakers are those? Wild!
Yeah, the "diapers" as she calls them are corner treatments. The (DIY) donut panels damp the first-reflection points on the sidewall, and there are big corner traps behind the listening position.

The behemoths are Bowers & Wilkins Matrix 800, circa 1992. Only about 250 pairs were ever made. They're like an old Lamborghini Countach, I suppose. Sure, you can drive a Honda Civic off the lot that will smoke the Lambo that was on that poster you had in the 7th grade -- but there's a magic in that old supercar that a new thing cannot match.

Are you single?
I am in a dysfunctional relationship....with a penguin! (See avatar).

Just to show that I am not completely evil, here is my rig for when I play at 3am before departing off to work. It's nice to light the fireplace and play for an hour prior to heading out. I may even take it work someday!
