It was made by Jonathan Chouinard , he just built it for me , similar to the Demeter Minnie but just 500 watts. He also was making some B15 inspired tube preamps. He has a YouTube channel … jochoui. Some great preamp comparisons.

But since he doesn't have an official website, it feels quite intimidating to contact him, it seems to be a passionate individual who does great toys for himself, and will eventually sell some of these toys once in a while…

As an alternative, Guitar Sound Systems, maker of the famous Sumo power amp, can also make a special version of their power amp sized for Monique (I've seen one on their Facebook page, they can certainly build more on request)

I have a baby Sumo, it's a stellar piece of kit!
I've seen rack mount version that he's built as well. I've got no real world evidence but GSS sound like the type of that will work with you to customise their products to you requirements.

Absolutely. I haven’t ordered anything from him yet, but you can see on his Facebook page many examples of custom product.

How do you like the Presonus tube preamp? Does it sound good with a bass?
It's cheaper than any other tube preamp I've seen, so I wonder…
This + the Zio and the Lightning Boy 23FE, you have an interesting set of tools to warm up the sound…

The Presonus adds some nice saturation, the harmonics thicken up the tone. I don’t usually max out the gain, sits around 1/2 - 2/3 and adds slightly to the volume. Acts more as how much of the tube’s effect you want added. SOS has a review here that sums it up PreSonus BlueTube DP V2 & TubePre V2

And yes the pedals give me lots of options to warm up my sound

home built pine cabs with eight15 for guitar and those MCM 8” for bass

head is a tone stack modded champ600 toggles for mid boost and pots for treble/bass and bright cap on the low input

mid switch and 2x8 cab make it a loud 5w compared to stock. I use a mini mass to keep it sane.
